AI's Role in Social Housing - Property Week Feature

We recently appeared in Property Week as our Managing Director, Till Eichenauer, wrote a column as part of a series of features by Property Week looking at AI in real estate. Till discusses how AI can offer an alternative for social housing providers when it comes to tackling the menace of mould, in turn supporting tenants and mitigating strain placed on services due to overwhelmed communication lines.

With approximately 200,000 social housing homes directly suffering due to damp and mould, as a country, we’re not in a position to sit and wait. “By supercharging communication between social housing landlords and tenants, AI can help prevent future issues, save local authorities precious resources and ensure tenants see their landlords taking the problem of mould seriously.”
