• Does askporter integrate with other software, and what does it cost?

  Yes, askporter is designed for seamless integration. We can connect with most major housing and facilities management (FM) systems, and our flexible API also allows for integration with lesser-known or proprietary in-house systems.

  Our team will partner with you to conduct a detailed analysis of your existing processes and systems. This ensures we can deliver a customised integration strategy that maximises efficiency and delivers the greatest impact for your operations.

• Is a Proof of Concept (PoC) possible?

  Absolutely! We want you to fully understand and experience the value of askporter’s AI-powered products. Our team can develop PoC with you, with clear timeframes, value that will be unlocked, and a strategic way to test and roll this out across a select portion of your properties.

• How long does it take to get set up and started?

  With onboarding and a methodical roll out plan that leaves you and your team confident to begin, you should be up and running, and seeing results with askporter in weeks.

  Note: if integration is required there will be a period where the right integrations with your existing process will need to be considered.

• What kind of customer support is included?

  We work very closely with all our customers, and have a thorough onboarding process to ensure you and your team are equipped with everything you need. Once onboarding is complete, our support team will always be available to help answer any questions or solve any issues that arise Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm GMT, as well as quarterly dedicated time with your account manager.

• How do you protect our and my customers/tenants data?

  We know that keeping your data safe is a top priority, and it's our top priority too. Our platform is built with trust and security at the forefront, delivered on robust infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  We take your sign-in security seriously, using an advanced authentication process where your password never leaves your device. This provides a superior layer of protection, as your credentials are never transmitted over the network or stored on our servers.

  To ensure the highest level of data separation and privacy, our multi-tenant architecture is designed so that your data is kept separate and secure from other customers' data. 

  All customer data is protected by industry standard encryption, ensuring your information is secure even when it's not in use. We also respect data sovereignty by hosting your data in a region-appropriate location to your business. 

  Your data remains yours; we simply act as a processor, and you always retain full ownership. 

  To prevent unauthorised access, our employees operate on a strict least-access principle, meaning they can only access data when necessary for their specific role. 

  Backups of your primary data stores are performed daily as part of a robust business continuity plan, which is overseen by our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This plan is designed to ensure our service remains resilient against a wide range of threats, from cloud provider failures to cyberattacks and human error.
